01About this document
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of:
- the website beyonds.world and its subdomains;
- the six free diagnostic tools: the Collapse Risk Check, the Funding Navigator, and the four audits inside the Deep Guides — Signal vs Pull, Real Moat, Premature Marketing and The Feature Trap;
- Beyonds materials: the Deep Guides in text and audio form, the Glossary, articles and other published material;
- applications for, and participation in, a Strategic Reframe Session.
These Terms do not govern participation in the paid Beyonds Incubator cohort programme, which is subject to a separate Participation Agreement.
In these Terms:
- "Beyonds", "we", "us" means Beyonds World OÜ (reg. 17507571, Tallinn, Estonia);
- "Service" means everything listed above;
- "You", "User" means any individual using the Service.
02Acceptance of the Terms
By using any part of the Service you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, that you agree to them, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the law applicable to you.
Where a form asks you to confirm acceptance, you do so explicitly. If you do not agree with any provision — stop using the Service.
03Description of the Service
Free of charge
- Articles, the Glossary and public materials on beyonds.world;
- the Deep Guides, in text and in audio;
- the six diagnostic tools listed in §01;
- applying for, and if selected taking part in, a Strategic Reframe Session — a 60-minute working session on a real project.
For a fee
Participation in the Beyonds Incubator cohort programme is governed by a separate Participation Agreement, concluded individually after selection. These Terms do not govern it.
What the Service is not
- financial advice;
- legal advice;
- tax advice;
- an investment recommendation;
- professional psychological or medical assistance.
The materials are educational and methodological. Applying them to your own business is your decision and your responsibility.
04The diagnostic tools
How a result is produced
Each tool asks you a fixed set of questions and calculates a result from your own answers using a published method. A result is generated automatically. No one at Beyonds reviews your answers before you receive it, and the tool cannot know anything about your project beyond what you typed.
A result is a structured reflection of what you told us. It is a prompt for your own thinking, not a finding about your business, and not a recommendation to take or avoid any particular action.
The Funding Navigator
The Funding Navigator matches funding programmes against what you tell it about your project. Every programme carries the date its status was last checked against the funding body's own source, and your results show you that date. Entries whose status has changed since the last check, or whose source could not be read at the time, are withheld rather than shown with a caveat — you see only what was confirmed.
The database is refreshed by republishing it rather than continuously, so the verification date shown with a result tells you exactly how current that entry is. Between refreshes, calls can still close and conditions can still be rewritten.
Whether your project actually qualifies is decided by the funding body against its own published rules, not by this tool. We do not apply on your behalf, we do not pass your details to any funding body, and none of this is financial advice. Confirm amounts, deadlines and conditions with the funding body's official source — each entry links to it — before committing time or money to an application.
Receiving your result by email
You may ask us to email you a copy of your result. We use the address you give us for that purpose. Asking for your result never requires agreeing to receive anything else from us — those are separate choices, and the result is sent either way. How we handle the data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
05Licence to use the materials
What we permit
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use:
- read, study and apply the methodology to your own projects;
- link to our public materials with attribution;
- quote limited excerpts in your own publications with attribution and a link to the source.
What we do not permit
- reselling, redistributing or republishing our materials — including the Deep Guides in text or audio, the Glossary and tool results — in full or in substantial part;
- using our materials or methodology to build competing products or services;
- extracting our content by automated means (scraping, mass download), including the Funding Navigator database;
- removing author attribution;
- using our trademarks, logos or methodology names without written consent.
Intellectual property
All Beyonds materials — including the Controlled PMF Engine methodology; the Frame Shift, Uncontrolled Node, 5-stage map and Real Moat concepts; the text and audio of the Deep Guides; the scoring logic of the Collapse Risk Check; the compiled Funding Navigator database; design, images and video; and the source code of the website — are the exclusive intellectual property of Beyonds World OÜ, protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
06Rules for using the Service
You agree not to:
- use the Service in breach of applicable law;
- attempt reverse engineering or decompilation, or otherwise extract the logic of the tools or the backend;
- submit material that infringes the rights of third parties, including copyright, image rights and privacy;
- enter another person's personal data, or information you are under a duty of confidence not to disclose, into the free-text fields of a tool;
- attempt unauthorised access to our systems or databases;
- use the Service to distribute spam, fraud or phishing;
- submit content that is offensive, threatening, discriminatory, violent or illegal;
- use automated means to interact with the website or the tools;
- impersonate another individual or legal entity;
- attempt to circumvent technical restrictions.
Consequences of a breach
We may block your access, delete your data with notice (except where we are obliged to retain it), and in cases of serious violation report the matter to law-enforcement authorities.
07Accuracy of data
When filling in a form you undertake to provide accurate data, to use your own email address rather than someone else's, and to update it if it changes. You are responsible for activity carried out under your email address within the Service.
08Confidentiality
Your data
How we process your personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Sessions are not recorded
The Strategic Reframe Session is not recorded. If that ever changes, we will ask for your separate consent beforehand and update these Terms first.
Beyonds information
Information, methodology and insights you receive from Beyonds — in a session, in correspondence and in materials — are confidential within the scope of §05.
09Disclaimer of warranties
Provided "as is"
We provide the Service "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
No guarantee of business outcome
We do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular business outcome, that your project will reach product-market fit, revenue or investment, or that results obtained by others will be repeated in your case. Any results described in our materials are individual cases. Yours may differ substantially, for reasons including your situation, market, execution and circumstances outside anyone's control.
Tool results and funding information
Tool results are generated automatically from your own answers and are not reviewed by a human before delivery. Funding information is a periodically updated snapshot, subject to §04. Neither is a warranty of anything.
Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, or the actions of third parties on whom it depends — for example the hosting, database and email providers named in the Privacy Policy.
10Limitation of liability
General cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Beyonds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including lost profit, loss of data or loss of reputation — arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service;
- the Service governed by these Terms is provided free of charge, and our aggregate liability for any claims relating to it shall not exceed 100 (one hundred) euros;
- liability under the paid Beyonds Incubator programme is governed by the separate Participation Agreement and is not covered here.
What these Terms do not limit
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for wilful acts and gross negligence, liability for harm to life and health, and consumer rights in the EU/EEA that cannot be waived by contract.
11Termination
By you
Stop using the Service at any time. You can unsubscribe from any message we send you, change your Analytics and Advertising choices through Privacy settings in the footer, and request deletion of your data at privacy@beyonds.world.
By us
We may terminate or suspend access in case of a breach of these Terms, a violation of applicable law, a request from a governmental or judicial authority, or discontinuation of the Service.
After termination
The licence under §05 ceases, except for materials you had already downloaded for personal use. Sections §05 (intellectual property), §07 (accuracy of data), §10 (limitation of liability) and §13 (governing law) survive. Data is processed under the Privacy Policy and its retention schedule.
12Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms in connection with changes to the Service, the law, or our practice. We will notify you of material changes by email where we hold an address for you, and by an announcement on the website.
Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new version. If you do not agree, stop using the Service before they take effect. Version history is available at privacy@beyonds.world.
13Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
If you are a consumer under the law of your country of residence, applying Estonian law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of that country's law within the EU/EEA.
Disputes are resolved first through negotiation; failing that, in the Estonian courts. As a consumer in the EU/EEA you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
14Miscellaneous
Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
Waiver. Failure to exercise a right does not waive it in future.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may assign ours in the event of reorganisation, merger or sale of the business, provided the level of protection of your interests is preserved.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and — for paid services — the Participation Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beyonds concerning the Service.
